Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final. Once a subscription or payment is activated, the charge for that billing period is non-refundable, including any automatic monthly renewals. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Questions? Contact billing@tradersvault.app before subscribing.
1. All payments are final
Vaulted Copier is sold on a final-sale basis. Once you activate a subscription on any paid plan (Starter, Professional, or Ultimate) and a payment is taken, that payment is final and non-refundable for the billing period it covers.
Because you can explore the full workstation on the Free plan before subscribing, we ask that you review the product and these terms before you activate a paid plan.
2. Renewals and active billing periods
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Each renewal charge is final and non-refundable for the active billing period it covers. This applies to all plans and all renewal charges.
We do not offer refunds or pro-rated credits for the active billing period when you cancel mid-cycle. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
3. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure where we were at fault
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error on our part
Refund requests in these cases should be emailed to billing@tradersvault.app with a description of the issue. We review all requests individually.
4. Free Preview plan
The Free Preview plan has no charge and therefore no refund applies. You may upgrade from Free to a paid plan at any time.
5. Cancellations and account termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for the current paid period.
If we terminate your account for a breach of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
6. Consumer rights (UK)
UK consumers may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have. Where the law grants you a right that this policy does not, that legal right prevails. If you believe your statutory rights have not been met, please contact us directly before escalating to a payment provider dispute.
7. How to request a refund
- Email billing@tradersvault.app with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include your registered email address and your order ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- We will confirm receipt within one business day and process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
